Here’s an overview of all important dates and milestones for the German Trip 2026.
Please make sure to mark these in your calendar so you don’t miss any deadlines!
08. November 2025 — Application opens
Start of application period — You can now apply to join the German Trip via the official form.
07. December 2025 — Application deadline
End of application period — Please make sure to submit your application form before the deadline.
31. December 2025— Selection results
You will receive an email with either a confirmation or a waitlist notice.
19. January 2026 — Participation confirmation
Confirm your participation within the given deadline so we can secure your place.
26. January 2026 — Payment
Please pay your participation fee to confirm your spot.
09. February 2026 — Waitlist / Replacement confirmation
If a spot becomes available, waitlisted participants will be contacted in order of application.
01.–14. May 2026— Trip begins
