In the year 2017 the Rotaract GermanTrip was held from Monday, March 27th until April 09th 2017<\/strong>. The total number of participants was 10 international Rotaractors from 8 different countries plus 6 German organizers.<\/p>\n

The participants<\/strong> came from Russia, Colombia, Taiwan, Argentina, Egypt, United States, India, and Philippines.<\/p>\n

They started the roundtrip in Frankfurt\/Main<\/em> and went on through the Rhine valley<\/em> to Cologne<\/em>, then to the car industry city of Wolfsburg<\/em>, to the biggest habour in Germany in Hamburg<\/em>, touched the East Sea<\/em> at the town of Rostock<\/em>, visited the country capital Berlin<\/em>, saw eastern Germany in Cottbus<\/em>, Leipzig<\/em> and Jena<\/em>, tasted the best beer in the world in Munich<\/em>, experienced a folk festival and funfair in W\u00fcrzburg<\/em> and went back to Frankfurt<\/em> to had a closing party at the local Rotary Governors house. In total the roundtrip visited 12 cities and many other sightseeing locations.<\/p>\n

Part of the GermanTrip17 HOC and main organizers<\/strong> were Anne Benz, Thorsten Biegner, Katja Kaufmann, Timo Beilmann, Samira Johannes, \u00a0Josef Landthaler and Dominik T\u00f6pfer.<\/p>\n
